Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Domestic IT Recruiter with 06 months to 1.5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for IT positions within our organization. The Domestic IT Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and create a strategic recruiting plan to attract top talent.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract passive candidates
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 06 months to 1.5 years of experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
