Job Title: Selenium Automation Test Lead
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Selenium Automation Test Lead with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the automation testing efforts, creating test strategies, designing test cases, and executing test scripts for our software applications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Lead the automation testing efforts and collaborate with the QA team to ensure high quality software products.
2. Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for automation testing.
3. Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
4. Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects and issues.
5. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely bug fixes and code improvements.
6. Mentor and train junior automation testers on best practices and techniques.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation testing.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation testing with Selenium.
3. Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java, and other automation testing tools.
4. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
