We are currently hiring for U.S. Healthcare Recruiter for our office in Noida.
Experience required- fresher to 6 months
Location: Sector 62, Noida (Onsite)
Timing: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM (Night Shift)
Roles and Responsibilities-
Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements,
Headhunting, and Networking & Employee Referrals.
Responsible for preliminary interview
Negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
Submit qualified candidates to opened job requirements
Establish long-term relationships with candidates
Job Qualifications-
Fresher to 6 months of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across
U.S. Healthcare Recruitment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must) & average and below will not work
Keen learner
Willing to work in tight deadlines.
Comfortable with working under pressure
Any bachelor degree
