Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Job Portals, Boolean Search, Screening, and Shortlisting is required. Responsibilities include Client Coordination, Interview Scheduling, Candidate Management, and Offer Negotiation. Candidates comfortable working onsite in Noida will be preferred.
