⭐ US Healthcare Recruiter (Night Shift) – Noida (Uttar Pradesh)

We are hiring an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter (Night Shift) for our Noida (Uttar Pradesh) location. The ideal candidate must be strong in US healthcare recruitment, clinical and non-clinical staffing, end-to-end hiring, and working with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Responsibilities include sourcing and screening RNs, LPN/LVN, CNAs, Medical Coders, Allied Health professionals, coordinating interviews, handling VMS/MSP hiring, managing ATS tools, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The recruiter must be comfortable working in US shift timings, using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Dice, Indeed, and internal databases for high-quality hiring. Candidates with expertise in healthcare staffing, talent sourcing, documentation, and fast-paced US hiring workflow will be preferred.
