This role requires expertise in healthcare staffing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and night-shift US hiring using platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and internal databases. Candidates with advanced skills in talent sourcing, compliance, and US shift recruitment operations will be preferred.
