Job Title: Experienced Canada IT Recruiter (Onsite)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team onsite in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from understanding hiring needs to onboarding successful candidates.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
3. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present job offers.
4. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Manage candidate pipelines and build talent pools for future hiring needs.
6. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes and policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
3. Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology roles.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
8. Knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations.
