Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and market trends in Canada
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
