Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Canada IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the IT field. The Canada IT Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver qualified candidates to meet their staffing requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Source and recruit qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding new hires
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in IT recruiting
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting in Canada
- Proven track record of successfully filling IT positions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of IT terminology, technical skills, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
