Administrative – HR Shared Services Representative
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Shared Services Representative to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support for HR processes, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of employee data, HR inquiries, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth HR service delivery and supporting employee experience across the organization.
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems accurately.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting activities.
Coordinate HR communications, forms, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments for smooth HR operations.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and special HR projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR administration or shared services preferred.
Proficiency with HRIS systems, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance standards.
