Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees, and maintaining payroll records. You will also be responsible for complying with all federal and state payroll regulations, and providing support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Process payroll on a regular basis

- Calculate employee hours, bonuses, and deductions accurately

- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations

- Maintain payroll records and documentation

- Provide support to employees regarding payroll inquiries

- Reconcile payroll discrepancies

- Prepare and distribute payroll reports

- Assist with payroll tax filings

- Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing

- Proficiency in payroll software and Excel

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of payroll regulations

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Strong communication skills
