We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Lead Developer to lead our software development team in designing, building, and delivering high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to drive the development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers through all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Design and develop robust, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.
Review code, set coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system architecture.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of software development experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
Expertise in one or more of the following tech stacks:
Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js
Backend: Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python
Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
