Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans for Workday implementations.

· Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.

· Validate Workday HCM, Payroll, Security, Benefits, and Integrations.

· Create and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca, Worksoft, or similar tools.

· Perform test data preparation, validation, and reconciliation.

· Track, manage, and report defects through closure.

· Collaborate with business users during SIT and UAT cycles.

· Validate Workday releases and production fixes.

· Ensure test coverage for compliance, security, and business processes.

· Prepare testing metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards.
