Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Developer with 12+ years of overall Salesforce development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce AI, Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, and Data Cloud.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on AI-powered automation, Agentforce Agents, conversational experiences, and Salesforce CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions using Agentforce and Salesforce AI.
Build and configure Agentforce AI Agents based on business requirements.
Configure Agentforce Topics, Actions, Instructions, and Agent behavior.
Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow.
Implement AI-driven automation and conversational experiences.
Work with Prompt Builder, Prompt Templates, grounding, RAG, and Generative AI.
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, and other integration technologies.
Work with Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise data sources to provide context and grounding for AI Agents.
Develop scalable Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes.
Support Salesforce deployments using Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
Collaborate with Architects, Administrators, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Follow Salesforce best practices for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Create technical documentation and solution/deployment documentation.

Required Skills

12+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
Experience designing and implementing AI-powered Salesforce Agents.
Strong knowledge of Agentforce Topics, Actions, Instructions, and Agent configuration.
Hands-on experience with Prompt Builder and Prompt Templates.
Strong expertise in Apex, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and asynchronous processing.
Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow and automation.
Excellent knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM/AI data integration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, CRUD/FLS, and Object/Field-Level Security.
Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Agentforce certification or Salesforce AI-related certification.
Salesforce AI Associate certification.
Hands-on experience with Data Cloud.
Experience with Einstein AI / Salesforce AI capabilities.
Experience with MuleSoft and enterprise integrations.
Knowledge of Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).
Experience with event-driven architecture.
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, grounding, and AI governance.
Experience with Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, or Digital Engagement.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
