Role: ServiceNow Technical Architect

Required Skill & Qualifications:
· Serve as the ServiceNow Technical Architect who will assist the team and client in planning, platform technical advisory and guidance.
· Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments
· Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation
· Provide ServiceNow Platform and product technical subject matter expert (SME) assistance.
· Leads upgrade planning and execution
· Manage instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.
· Provides configuration assistance to developers
· Collect product and service requirements from business stakeholders to align ServiceNow functionalities with enterprise needs.
· Design and communicate Technical Architecture Blueprint based on capability and technical requirements to align to business outcomes.
· Agree and confirm with Client the technical design and integration requirements for the required integration of system interfaces.
· Manage system documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM, SPM)
· Define technical architecture, data models, integration patterns, and customization strategy
· Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and out-of-the-box-first principles
· Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural guardrails
· Review and approval:
