Job Title : Mobility L3 Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Hand-on experience in managing iOS, Android/Windows mobile/tablet devices
Good experience on Microsoft Intune/AirWatch/Workspace One administration and support
Knowledge of JAMF and O365 is desired
Strong communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Mobile devices configuration and application management through VMware AirWatch/WorkSpace/Intune/
Platform administration of VMware Workspace One/Microsoft Intune
Solve technical issues related to mobile devices enrollment, e-mail setup, application provisioning, remote wipe etc.
Manage local Mobile device stock and resupply
Mobility Policy/Process Question
Mobile Device procurement and Activation
Perform Employee and Contractor monthly off boarding/auditing as per mobility Termination process
Mobile device account Lockout/Password reset
Mobility Technical Support : Data Sync, WiFi, Coverage issues/queries, OS Update, VPN
VMware Workspace One- User group creation/ maintenance, Create VMware Workspace One Accounts
Mobility Support for Field Sales Users
Application Deployment & Maintenance for Mobile App Store
Redirect to business applications owners if a specific application support is needed
Coordinate with onsite teams for new mobility services deployment
Support 4G card management needs especially for asset tracking and mobile device support
Be proactive in relation to new development such as but not limited to bring your own device (BYOD)
Integration planning for Workspace to Intune Image Deployment
