Job Description
Role: ServiceNow Architect

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organization
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in the areas of Source 2 Pay (S2P), HRSD, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution
- Experience with similar platforms like ServiceNow S2P (SAP Ariba and other platforms)
- Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, Converting Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
- Lead at least a couple of Implementation projects in different ServiceNow modules including Scoped applications and 1 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow
- ServiceNow custom application design and development experience
- Past work experience with procurement , supplier management and account payables functions
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- Applies Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
- Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
- Consults with business analyst/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now
- Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
- Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes
