Job Summary:
Design and deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Lead architecture for enterprise implementations, leveraging Salesforce Einstein and AI/ML capabilities while ensuring compliance with financial regulations like PCI and GDPR.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture and technical strategy aligned with business goals.
Design scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds and ensure seamless integrations.
Lead implementation of Data Cloud, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities using Salesforce Einstein.
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with standards such as PCI and GDPR.
Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and conduct code/design reviews.
Establish best practices for development, deployment, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business teams to translate requirements into solutions.
Oversee integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system reliability and scalability.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend continuous improvements.
