Roles & Responsibilities:
Guides customers through secure Microsoft 365 onboarding and deployment using FastTrack methodologies.
Leads onboarding across M365 workloads, resolves technical blockers, and validates tenant readiness (identity, security, devices, network).
Troubleshoots configuration issues across identity, devices, collaboration tools, and core M365 services.
Requires strong M365 technical expertise, problem‑solving, structured communication, and experience in M365 admin, migrations, or adoption programs
Deep Microsoft 365 technical expertise across workloads.
Ability to execute ADGs, diagnose M365 configuration issues, and guide customers through secure deployment.
Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, CA policies, device management, collaboration governance, licensing, and workload readiness.
