Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Hands-on experience in implementing, administering and troubleshooting network devices: switches ( Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, HP, Dell )
In-depth knowledge in LAN switch technology (Spanning tree, VLAN, VTP)
Good knowledge in routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
Hands-on experience in VRRP, HSRP,VSS, VPC, VxLAN, STP, Ether channel, LACP, DHCP, DNS, TACACS.
Network Operations, Incident management, Change review and impact analysis for Network changes

Network Automation: Ansible or Python
Hands-on experience in OS and firmware upgrades for all network devices
Basic knowledge in Firewall (Network configuration, Zone creation, User Profile, Policies)
