Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ITSM Analyst with expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). The candidate will be responsible for managing IT assets, ensuring compliance, and supporting ITSM processes including incident and configuration management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ITSM processes, including Incident Management.
• Administer and maintain Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Work on Configuration Management (CMDB) and ensure data accuracy.
• Track and manage asset lifecycle (procurement to disposal).
• Ensure software license compliance and optimization.
• Monitor and resolve incidents related to assets and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for asset tracking and governance.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to ITIL processes.
