Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer with hands-on experience in Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls. The candidate will be responsible for supporting network operations, ensuring security, and troubleshooting issues in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 operational support for network and security infrastructure.
• Configure and manage Palo Alto and Fortigate firewalls.
• Perform firmware/IOS upgrades on switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot L1, L2, and L3 network issues and provide on-call support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth issue resolution and rollout.
• Monitor network using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools.
• Manage and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services.
• Support implementation and configuration of network protocols and wireless devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (L1/L2/L3).
• Experience in firmware upgrades and device configuration.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and network monitoring tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment.

• Relevant Palo Alto / Fortinet certifications are a plus.
