Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Application Onboarding Engineer with expertise in APM, ITBM, or SPM modules. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding applications into ServiceNow, ensuring proper alignment with CSDM framework and ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform application onboarding into ServiceNow using APM/ITBM/SPM modules.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, and workflows.
• Ensure alignment with CSDM 3.0/4.0 framework for accurate data modeling.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Implement and maintain ITIL processes within ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application onboarding and configurations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with platform standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM / ITBM / SPM modules.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Glide API and Flow Designer.
• Good understanding of CSDM framework (3.0/4.0).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS - APM).
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
