Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tools Administrator with hands-on experience in SolarWinds and ThousandEyes. The candidate will be responsible for managing monitoring tools, ensuring network visibility, and supporting enterprise infrastructure monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SolarWinds platform in large enterprise environments.
• Configure and manage ThousandEyes for network performance monitoring and visibility.
• Work with SolarWinds modules such as:
  • NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA)
  • Server & Application Monitor (SAM)
  • Network Configuration Manager (NCM)
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using SQL.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and REST APIs.
• Monitor network and application performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot proactively.
• Ensure proper integration with network devices and systems using SNMP, WMI, and ICMP.
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SolarWinds administration.
• Experience with ThousandEyes monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in SQL for reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (SNMP, WMI, ICMP).
• Familiarity with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Experience in enterprise monitoring environments.
• Relevant certifications in SolarWinds or networking are a plus.
