Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong expertise in network operations, change management, and ServiceNow. The candidate will be responsible for managing network incidents, driving operational excellence, and ensuring smooth execution of network programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents and outages.
• Handle network connectivity issues across WAN/MPLS/Internet environments.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Execute network changes, patching, and firmware upgrades.
• Oversee hardware refresh and lifecycle management of network infrastructure.
• Monitor network health, analyze logs, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Utilize ServiceNow modules (Change Management, RITM, CMDB, APM).
• Drive workflow automation and process improvements.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SLA adherence and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in network operations (L2/L3 support).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (CMDB, APM, RITM, workflows).
• Knowledge of Change Management processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Understanding of WAN, MPLS, and Internet connectivity.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) roles.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
