Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Application Packaging Engineer with strong expertise in SCCM and PowerShell. The role involves application packaging, automation, deployment, and troubleshooting across enterprise Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform application packaging, deployment, and automation using SCCM and PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit (PSADT).
• Manage software installations, uninstallations, and updates across enterprise environments.
• Create and maintain packages using AdminStudio and Windows Installer (MSI) technology.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for deployment issues.
• Perform software remediation and patching activities.
• Automate software deployments across Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025) and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Support deployments in Citrix environments and modern workplace setups.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise packaging and deployment standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SCCM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and PS App Deployment Toolkit.
• Knowledge of AdminStudio and MSI packaging.
• Experience in application troubleshooting, testing, and RCA.
• Familiarity with Windows OS (Server & Desktop) environments.
• Good understanding of software deployment lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Citrix environments is a plus.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
