Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Network Wireless Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco and Aruba WLAN technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise wireless networks, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Cisco and Aruba Wireless LAN (WLAN) environments.
Configure and maintain Aruba Access Points, Controllers, and Aruba Central.
Manage and support Cradlepoint Routers and NetCloud Manager.
Implement and troubleshoot wireless security protocols, including 802.1X authentication and Aruba ClearPass.
Monitor and optimize wireless network performance, addressing issues related to RF interference, roaming, latency, and authentication.
Support LTE / 5G WAN connectivity and understand SD-WAN fundamentals.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.
Maintain documentation and adhere to network best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco WLAN and Aruba WLAN technologies.
Proficiency in Aruba Central, Access Points, and Controllers.
Experience with Cradlepoint solutions and NetCloud Manager.
Solid understanding of Wireless Security (802.1X, ClearPass).
Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
Good understanding of LTE / 5G and SD-WAN concepts.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Cradlepoint Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / Professional certification (good to have).
Relevant certifications in Cisco or Aruba Wireless technologies are a plus.
