Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Engage stakeholders across departments to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
2. Should have experience in with Multiple business process and Applications
3. Should have experience in on the End to end of the application flows and processes.
4. Should have experience in Developing test plans, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshooting defects.
5. Should have experience in QA Processes and methodologies
6. Should have an experience in working as QA in multiple applications
7. Should have an experience in creating manual Test plans and test cases
8. Should have an experience in creating Automation Test cases using Selenium or other Automation tools
9. Should have an experience in executing Automation Test cases using Selenium or other Automation tools
10. Experience in maintain the Automation framework and test cases
11. Should have experience in System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression testing and UAT
12. Having an experience and understanding in Automation testing using Selenium or other tools.
13. Good Experience in understanding the Microservice Design and workflows of the applications.
14. Translate business needs into development-ready features, including detailed user stories and system specifications.
15. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve dependencies, define business rules, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
16. Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
17. Conduct impact analysis and gap assessments to inform solution design and delivery.
18. Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance product value.
Roles & responsibilities
19. Based on the Business and development requirements, they should write JIRA Stories
20. Proven ability to lead product planning and strategy sessions.
21. Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering expertise.
22. Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, calculate cost-benefit ratios, and support strategic recommendations.
23. Creating technical reports, user manuals, and process documents.
24. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience writing user/system stories.
25. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
26. Ability to collaborate effectively across Technology, Enterprise Architecture, and Business teams.
