Role Summary

This is a technical implementation / development / support role focused on NICE Actimize solutions — especially ActOne (Risk Case Management), IFM-X, RCM, AIS, and related modules. The position involves configuring, customizing, troubleshooting, and supporting Actimize platforms to meet business or compliance requirements in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Typical duties include:

Implement, configure, and customize Actimize solutions (ActOne, IFM-X, AIS, RCM).
Develop and support alert & case management features, including workflows, alerts, dashboards, user roles, and permissions.
Write and maintain complex SQL queries to support data tasks, reporting, and integrations.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide support across environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analysts, QA, project managers) throughout the software lifecycle.
Participate in system installation and upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
Document technical specifications, installation steps, and troubleshooting guidance.
