Technical System Analyst - Middleware and SPLUNK

Toronto, ON - Onsite

Total Experience: 6-8 years
Required Skill Set:
• Support and troubleshoot MQ, JBOSS, WAS, and related middleware issues.
• Perform log analysis and monitoring using SPLUNK.
• Handle incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes.
• Execute deployments and coordinate release management activities.
• Troubleshoot UNIX Linux OS issues and perform basic shell scripting.
• Use SQL for query execution, debugging, and basic DB support.
• Work in 24x7 on call shift model as required.
• Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• MQ, JBOSS, WebSphere Application Servers PLUNK (search, dashboards, alerts)
• UNIX Linux administration shell scripting SQL (Oracle SQL Server Sybase)Release management deployment coordination
• Basic network integration troubleshooting
• Preferred ITIL certification
• Experience in production support environments (BFSI preferred)
• Exposure to CI/CD or automation tools
