"Total Experience: 5+ years
Required Skill Set:
• Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate
• 2+ years of support lead experience, including:
o incident triaging
o Major incident management and communication
o Incident Management and problem management
o Change Management and house keeping
• Expert knowledge of Client - Server architecture, certificate, and password management and maintaining webservices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• ITIL certification mandatory
• 5+ years’ experience in the Java /.NET Stack app support and SQL
• Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL
• Experience with Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty
