Required Skill Sets:
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Perform server deployment, patching, and upgrades to ensure system reliability.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure AD for identity and access management.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure planning and optimization.
• Provide technical support and documentation for operational processes.
Desired Skills Sets:
• Qualifications Proven experience as a Windows Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server setup, deployment, and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in both onshore and offshore team setups.
