• Manage storage provisioning, zoning, and LUN configurations for business applications.
• Perform firmware upgrades and apply patches to maintain system security and stability.
• Troubleshoot storage-related issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams for seamless storage integration.
• Document storage architecture, operational procedures, and best practices for compliance.
