Job Description

Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Location: MXC, GDL, MTY, QRO

JD :

• 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO module support
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FICO modules (Finance and Controlling). 
• Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution within agreed SLAs. 
• Analyze and resolve issues related to GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders. 
• Perform root cause analysis and propose permanent fixes for recurring issues. 
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities. 
• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis) for debugging and enhancements. 
• Manage transport requests and ensure proper documentation. 
• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide solutions. 
• Assist in minor enhancements, configuration changes, and testing. 
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS) is preferable, but not mandatory
• Closely work with offshore SAP MM Consultant(s) for HOTO
