Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow ITOM Senior Developer to design, implement, and support IT Operations Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management in enterprise environments.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management)
  
  
  
• Configure and maintain CMDB with strong data governance
  
  
  
• Develop and customize using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer
  
  
  
• Configure and manage MID Servers
  
  
  
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  
  
  
• Troubleshoot platform and discovery issues
  
  
  
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and best practices implementation 

  Required Skills

• 8+ years overall IT experience
  
  
  
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development
  
  
  
• Strong expertise in ITOM modules
  
  
  
• Experience with CMDB & Discovery patterns
  
  
  
• Strong JavaScript and REST/SOAP integrations
  
  
  
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure environments
  
  
  
• Understanding of ITIL processes
  
  

           Preferred

• ServiceNow CSA certification
  
  
  
• ITOM Implementation Specialist certification
  
  
  

·         Experience in large enterprise environments
