Job Title: TrackWise Administrator

Location: Deerfield, IL (Onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced TrackWise Administrator to support and manage the TrackWise Quality Management System (QMS) in a regulated Life Sciences environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, user support, workflow management, reporting, and ensuring compliance with FDA and GxP requirements.

This role will work closely with Quality, Regulatory, IT, and Validation teams to maintain and enhance the TrackWise platform.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the TrackWise QMS platform (Sparta Systems).
  • Configure workflows, forms, business rules, and user permissions.
  • Support modules including:
    • CAPA
    • Deviations
    • Complaints
    • Change Control
    • Audits
    • Document Management
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Ensure system compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and other regulatory standards.
  • Perform system validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ documentation support).
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
  • Maintain system documentation (SOPs, configuration specs, validation documents).
  • Participate in internal and external audits related to QMS.
