Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, India

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong experience in JMeter, Java, and performance testing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring application performance, scalability, and reliability through effective testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute performance and load testing using JMeter

• Develop and maintain test scripts using Java

• Perform regression and performance testing to ensure system stability

• Monitor system performance using tools like Dynatrace and Grafana

• Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations

• Work with CI/CD and version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, SVN)

• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for issue resolution

• Support deployment and testing in OpenShift environments

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Performance Testing & JMeter

• Hands-on experience with Java scripting

• Knowledge of OpenShift / container platforms

• Experience with Git tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, SVN)

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana)

• Understanding of regression testing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Relevant experience in performance and automation testing
