Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Agile Champion to lead Agile practices and drive successful delivery of Pega-based solutions. The role involves coaching teams, ensuring Agile adoption, and delivering high-quality business solutions using the Pega platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and promote Agile methodologies across teams
Drive Pega-based solution delivery aligned with business requirements
Act as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach for project teams
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
Remove blockers and improve team productivity
Ensure best practices in Pega development and Agile execution

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Pega platform
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder handling
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Relevant experience in Pega and Agile roles
Agile certifications (CSM/SAFe) preferred
