We are looking for an experienced AI Project Technical Lead to provide end-to-end technical leadership for AI initiatives. The role involves coordinating across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and acting as the primary technical interface with internal stakeholders.
Provide end-to-end technical leadership for AI/ML projects
Drive solution design, architecture, and implementation
Coordinate across teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) for smooth delivery
Act as the primary technical interface with internal Brunswick teams
Ensure project timelines, quality, and deliverables are met
Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies
Guide best practices in AI development and deployment
Support stakeholder communication and technical decision-making
Strong experience in AI/ML technologies and project delivery
Proven experience in technical leadership or team management
Understanding of end-to-end AI architecture
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
Relevant experience in AI/ML project leadership roles
Experience working with global/onshore teams (preferred)
Remote (India-based candidates)
Must be available for US Central Time overlap
