Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced AI Project Technical Lead to provide end-to-end technical leadership for AI initiatives. The role involves coordinating across cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, and acting as the primary technical interface with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Provide end-to-end technical leadership for AI/ML projects

  • Drive solution design, architecture, and implementation

  • Coordinate across teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) for smooth delivery

  • Act as the primary technical interface with internal Brunswick teams

  • Ensure project timelines, quality, and deliverables are met

  • Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies

  • Guide best practices in AI development and deployment

  • Support stakeholder communication and technical decision-making

Required Skills:

• • Strong experience in AI/ML technologies and project delivery

  • Proven experience in technical leadership or team management

  • Understanding of end-to-end AI architecture

  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field

  • Relevant experience in AI/ML project leadership roles

  • Experience working with global/onshore teams (preferred)
