🧾 Job Description
KeyBank is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support development, customization, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting, ITSM modules, workflow automation, and integrations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow platform components
Work on ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request
Create workflows using Flow Designer / Workflow Editor
Build and maintain Service Catalog items and request workflows
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Create reports, dashboards, and analytics
Support ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and deployments
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
✅ Required Skills
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer
Hands-on scripting: JavaScript, Glide API
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
Experience with Service Catalog and workflow automation
API integration experience (REST/SOAP)
Strong debugging, documentation, and communication skills
⭐ Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD)
Experience with CMDB / ITOM / HRSD
Agile/Scrum exposure
Banking/Financial domain experience (plus)
