RoleOracle Retail Support Lead

  • Provide application support for Oracle Retail modules (RMS, RPM, ReSA, SIM, RPAS) by troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
  • Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows, ensuring timely resolution of failures.
  • Collaborate with business users to analyze defects, validate requirements, and provide system guidance.
  • Work closely with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
  • Perform configuration updates, functional testing, and deploy enhancements following change-management standards.
