Expected to lead the design and development of modern, responsive UI solutions using Angular 11+, ensuring high performance, usability, and code quality.
Responsible for driving frontend architecture, reusable component design, and data visualizations (D3/graphs), while mentoring the team and partnering closely with backend and UX stakeholders to deliver scalable user experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Provide technical leadership for UI development, defining frontend architecture and best practices using Angular 11+.
· Lead the design and development of responsive, high‑performance user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern UI patterns.
· Drive creation of reusable components, shared libraries, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across applications.
· Implement and guide data visualization solutions using D3.js and graphing libraries for complex, data‑driven user experiences.
· Collaborate closely with backend, UX, and product teams to translate requirements into intuitive, user‑centric interfaces.
· Enforce code quality, performance optimization, and accessibility standards through reviews and governance.
· Mentor and guide UI developers, fostering engineering excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
· Support CI/CD integration and release readiness for frontend applications, ensuring smooth deployments and stability.
· Lead troubleshooting and resolution of UI defects, performance issues, and cross‑browser compatibility concerns.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
· 5+ years of relevant experience
· Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
· Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
· Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
· Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
