Job Requirements

10+ Yr experience in ETL/Informatics and IDMC
To work in data migration from source Mainframes to destination Postgres DB in Cloud
Design and develop data integration workflows and mappings using IDMC/IICS.
Collaborate with data architects and analysts to understand data requirements and objectives.
Maintain and support existing data integration solutions.
Optimize and enhance performance of data workflows and mappings.
Implement and manage data quality and data governance policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
Document data integration processes and workflows.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all data integration activities.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

· High ownership mindset with proactive issue resolution

· Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

· Prior enterprise or BFSI experience preferred
