Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS-based banking applications.
Analyze business and technical requirements to implement application changes.
Create and schedule batch jobs; resolve job failures and production abends.
Write efficient SQL queries and manage DB2 data.
Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles.
Collaborate with BAs, QA, and support teams to deliver solutions.
Document code changes, job flows, and impact analysis.
Support system integration via MQ/zOS Connect (API/web services).
Provide KT and mentor junior team members
