Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to ensure the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of applications under varying workloads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing tools and a strong understanding of system architecture and bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests
Analyze system behavior under load and identify performance bottlenecks
Create and maintain performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6
Monitor application performance (CPU, memory, network, database) during tests
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to optimize system performance
Prepare performance test reports with insights and recommendations
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
Support capacity planning and scalability assessments
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements
