Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• At least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation experience
• Expertise in Receivables and Advanced Collections
• General Ledger (GL) experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirement gathering
• Experience in solution design and configurations
• Hands-on experience in data migration using FBDI
• Ability to guide teams on OTBI reporting and OIC integrations
• Good communication and presentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and support Oracle Fusion ERP end-to-end implementations
• Conduct business workshops and translate requirements into functional solutions
• Design and recommend best-fit solutions and configurations
• Configure and implement Receivables, Advanced Collections, and GL modules
• Perform and support SIT/UAT testing cycles
• Handle data migration activities using FBDI
• Guide teams on reporting (OTBI) and integrations (OIC)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Participate in project discussions and ensure successful delivery
