Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Own end to end governance, delivery, and outcomes of MasTec’s Oracle Fusion program

• Define and manage the program roadmap, release strategy, milestones, and inter dependencies

• Lead cross functional teams including MasTec business leaders, IT, system integrators, and vendors

• Act as primary interface to CIO, CFO, and executive stakeholders

• Manage budget, forecasting, change control, and vendor performance

• Ensure compliance with MasTec security, SOX, audit, and regulatory standards

• Drive issue resolution, executive escalations, cutover readiness, and go live success

Roles & Responsibilities

• 12+ years of ERP program management experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud

• Proven delivery of large, multi-workstream enterprise programs

• Strong executive communication, governance, and leadership capability
