Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 10+ years of HRMS experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong understanding of enterprise HR operations and compliance
• Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Lead functional design for Core HR, Talent, Absence, and Payroll (as applicable)
• Drive Fit to Standard workshops and align HR processes across MasTec business units
• Configure Oracle Fusion HCM with a configuration first, minimal customization approach
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Legal teams
• Support testing, training, change management, and adoption
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and audit standards
