Required Skills & Experience
• 8–12+ years of ERP functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Hands on experience in one or more Oracle Fusion domains:
o Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash, Projects)
o SCM (P2P, O2C, Inventory, Manufacturing)
o HCM (Core HR, Absence, Talent, Payroll – as applicable)
• Strong experience leading enterprise scale Oracle Fusion implementations
• Proven ability to work with senior business stakeholders and cross functional teams
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and controls
• Experience supporting testing, cutover, and production stabilization
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end to end functional ownership of assigned Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, or multiple domains as applicable)
• Conduct Fit to Standard / Fit Gap workshops and drive business process alignment to Oracle Fusion capabilities
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, configurations, and solution decisions
• Ensure a configuration first approach, minimizing customizations and extensions
• Partner with business SMEs, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors
• Review and approve functional design documents, configurations, and test scenarios
• Support data migration validation, reporting requirements, and integration functional design
• Lead functional support for SIT, UAT, cutover, and go live readiness
• Provide guidance during hypercare and transition to steady state support
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and guide functional analysts and junior consultants
